🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – Country White

At Country White, we want you to love every piece you order.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following terms:

1️⃣ Eligibility:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Custom embroidery or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

2️⃣ Return Process:

     or Phone/WhatsApp: +91 9104791494 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–7 PM).

  2. Share your order number and the reason for return or exchange.

  3. Ship the item back using a secure courier. We recommend taking tracking proof.

3️⃣ Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product replacement only.

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement within 2–3 working days.

4️⃣ Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

5️⃣ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom embroidery or personalized products (unless defective)

  • Sale or discounted items (if mentioned as non-returnable)

6️⃣ Notes:

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

  • Always use a reliable courier service; Country White is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.
